Oral and Poster Presentations
Oral Presentations
- Oral presentations are strictly limited to 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).
- All presenters are requested to stay within time. All presenters are urged to bring their presentation stored on a USB data stick the day before the session to the Speakers Ready Desk at the Congress Venue. If you are scheduled on Wednesday, your presentation needs to be at the registration desk Tuesday afternoon (between 14.00-18.00h) or at the latest Wednesday morning between 8.00-9.30h. For presenters on Thursday or Friday, the Speakers Ready Room will be open each day from 8.00-18.00h.
- Your digital presentation must be in PowerPoint 16/9 slide format.
- When you are using external media, like movies or sounds, make sure they are on the same USB data stick. The videos can best be inserted in mp4 in PowerPoint.
- Please include the surname of the presenter in your filename.
- We will delete all files after the presentation.
Poster Presentations
- Format poster: portrait, A0 (84 x 118,8 cm).
- It is a paper poster exhibition, not digital.
- Poster presentations are strictly limited to 5 minutes (2 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion) and guided by a chair.
- We will provide Velcro at the registration desk to attach your poster to the poster boards.
- Each poster will be exposed 1 day (Wednesday or Thursday). We will let all poster presenters know in time at what day their poster will be exposed.
- You can display your poster at the following dates/times:
- Tuesday May 23: 14.00-18.00h and Wednesday May 24: 7.00-10.00h (for poster presentations on Wednesday May 24)
- Wednesday May 24: 18.00-19.00h and Thursday May 25 between 8.00-8.30h (for presentations on Thursday May 25)
- If your poster is scheduled on Wednesday, please remove it at the end of the day (between 18.00-19.00h) to make the poster boards available for the poster presenters on Thursday May 25. If your poster is scheduled on Thursday, please remove it at the end of the day (between 18.00-19.00h).
